MY JEWISH ROOTS

My Jewish Roots attempts to āconnect the dotsā between all the Old Testament stories and heroes for kids showing them the ābig pictureā of their significance to us as born-again believers. Too often, when we tell our children the famous Bible stories of the Old Testament, they do not make the connection between them and Jesus. They have zero understanding of our Jewish roots, biblically or historically. This series of lessons explains those connections from both a biblical and historical perspective.
This series gives a very quick look at the ābig pictureā as God sees it through the annals of history. Just how did it all begin? Where do we as Christians, fit into the picture? We hope to āconnect the dotsā between all the Old Testament stories and heroes and their significance to us today as born-again believers. It is a magnificent story that only God could weave, and understanding it only enhances the truth and validity of Godās Word.
New Semester of Called Kids (4th & 5th graders) Now Open!
We are excited to introduce āCalled Kidsā for our incoming 4th and 5th graders. Called Kids will run twice a year during the Fall Semester (August - December) and then again in Spring (January - May), breaking for summer.
Called Kids is designed to provide children with firsthand experience of ministry in an environment where they can explore and embrace the call that God may have placed on their hearts. Called kids will be invited to lead in various aspects of a regular kids church service, we believe this initiative will not only be an enriching experience for them but also a powerful way to nurture and encourage their spiritual growth.
About NCC Kids:
Our kid's ministry at New Creation Church is a fun, energetic place where kids discover hands-on who God is and how deep His love is for them. While partnering with parents we help kids learn to worship, pray and discover God's Word. All while in a safe, loving environment that encourages kids to be who God made them to be!

During months with five Sundays, we will have Family Service on the fifth Sunday. On Family Service Sundays our Kids ministry rooms are closed and all children will join their parents in the main service.
We will have an activity prepared and snack at the Encounter Table in the main lobby for your kids to take to their seat.
